Looking at the bridges not just as entities to be lit, but as connections between the dense urban fabric of the city on the two sides of the river, carrying goods and people, but also their stories and dreams.

Using the twin themes of enlightenment and connection, the proposals seek not only to light the bridges as objects and indeed the whole river pathway, but also link them to spaces in the city which can themselves become curatable projects, leveraging in community and business involvement.
