A competition to design for the redundant space between All Hallows and Tower Hill.
To turn the area into a vibrant market and retail opportunity with the development of a new concession building and linking the terrace into the street scape and All Hallows church to allow the other existing concessions to use the space and add more vibrancy.
The scheme looked to add value to east London boroughs through providing the opportunity to showcase the projects of CIDA.
